“I first met Andrew Gill in 2006 when PALZ, People Advocating Leashfree Zones, was working to establish the first dog park at Burgoyne Woods. Andrew was generous with his time in making the dog park both a reality and a success. Representing St. Andrews ward, Andrew has worked tirelessly in balancing the needs of the dog park users and residents of the City. With Andrew\'s support, PALZ was successful in opening a second dog park on Catherine Street. Andrew Gill is passionate and hard working.
