Andy has proven himself to be a sincere and hardworking representative for his constituents in St. Andrews Ward. His dedication and hard work has extended into other areas of St. Catharines on several occasions.
Recently he was very much involved in assisting with and indeed assuring the success of the Merritton Labour Day Parade and Fireworks display. Andy mobilized community groups and a local media outlet to promote the collection of food and donations to Community Care.
